COSTUME FITTINGS
Costume fittings will be emailed out toward the end of the week, so please always check your emails before noon on Saturday. If you cannot make your assigned costume fitting, contact the costume mistress ASAP to make arrangements (Josie Marchant, matrix10311974@yahoo.com or (785) 633-1379). Early costume fittings will be focused on lead roles so costumes are ready for program picture night. Many fittings for the auxiliary cast will happen in November.
FUNDRAISERS
Ticket sales alone do not cover the expenses associated with Ballet Midwest’s performances. Participate in a fundraiser to help make this season possible!
CASHMERE POPCORN. Popcorn is a great holiday gift and great to have on hand for entertaining! Ballet Midwest is partnering with a local company to bring this opportunity. All orders and money are due OCTOBER 7th. The order will be placed on October 8th. As you collect money, have checks written to you and then submit ONE single check with your final order.
SCRIP ORDERS. Scrip is a gift card sales program. You and your family/friends can purchase gift cards at face value (no mark ups!) and the companies give back a certain percent to Ballet Midwest. Do you purchase gift cards for the holidays or for birthdays? Buy them through Ballet Midwest this year! Do you eat out at a certain restaurant each month? Purchase gift cards through Ballet Midwest to pay for your meal! Invite friends and families to purchase cards through you! For anyone who uses or gives gift cards, this is an easy way to support Ballet Midwest without having to spend extra! Due dates are October 15 & November 15.
