Nutcracker Parent/Dancer Resources
Greetings! Below are links to a variety of resources to help you through the Nutcracker season! We will add to this list as able throughout the season.
**NOTE: Always check your emails Friday night or Saturday morning for any late changes!
PARKING AT TPAC
There is a major construction project underway outside of TPAC at 8th and Quincy. The current recommendation is to avoid using the 8th and Quincy intersection altogether. Plan to use the Park n Shop garage as well as the parking north of TPAC and along the east side of the building. If you are able, please park farther out and leave the closer parking on Quincy or 7th for those who need it. If you are bringing items with you, consider parking nearby temporarily and then giving up that spot for someone who might need it. Consider carpooling when possible.
SCHOOL BENEFIT: Please carpool as much as possible. Our typical bus loading zones will not be available and TPAC is currently assessing how to manage this.

REPORT CONFLICTS by 5pm on Fridays
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or text Madison at 215-1792. Even if you submitted the conflict on your audition paperwork, it still needs to be emailed or texted by Friday.
UPCOMING DUE DATES & FORMS
Any upcoming forms that need to be turned in are listed below in order of their due date. For forms that have passed their due date, scroll to the bottom of this page. Most of these items can be purchased online all at once by visiting ballet-midwest.square.site.
If at any point you need to update your ability to volunteer, the volunteer buyout option remains available. Volunteer Buyout (optional)
Tickets are available to purchase at the studio on the following dates. On the last weekend, we likely will be unable to purchase additional tickets, so if tickets run out, please plan to purchase at the TPAC Box office.

December 3 from 2-5pm
December 4 from 2-6pm
TPAC BOX OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Friday – 11 am-2 pm and 4-6 pm
Box Office opens one hour prior to event start time.

Costume fittings will be emailed out toward the end of the week, so please always check your emails before noon on Saturday. If you cannot make your assigned costume fitting, contact the costume mistress ASAP to make arrangements (contact information in the “Who to Contact” box). Early costume fittings will be focused on lead roles. Many fittings for the auxiliary cast will happen in November.
Ticket sales alone do not cover the expenses associated with Ballet Midwest’s performances. Participate in a fundraiser to help make this season possible!
MRS. FIELDS/CHEESECAKE FACTORY FUNDRAISER. Frozen cookies, cheesecake and desserts – perfect for the holidays! Check out the flyer link to learn how you can register online to sell and participate in this fundraiser. Orders are due October 8 and will arrive before Thanksgiving.
SCRIP ORDERS. Scrip is a gift card sales program. You and your family/friends can purchase gift cards at face value (no mark ups!) and the companies give back a certain percent to Ballet Midwest. Do you purchase gift cards for the holidays or for birthdays? Buy them through Ballet Midwest this year! Do you eat out at a certain restaurant each month? Purchase gift cards through Ballet Midwest to pay for your meal! Invite friends and families to purchase cards through you! For anyone who uses or gives gift cards, this is an easy way to support Ballet Midwest without having to spend extra! Due dates are October 15 & November 15.

Memberships – optional for auxiliary cast, company & junior company had to be completed prior to auditions. To be listed in the program, memberships must be purchased by October 15th.
