Nutcracker Auditions

Nutcracker auditions for dancers four years of age and older will be held Saturday, August 24th at our host studio, Barbara's Conservatory of Dance.  Dancers should arrive 30 minutes prior to audition time to register and complete forms (please note: there is no audition fee).  Please wear appropriate dancewear and shoes.  With the exception of adults in the party scene, all dancers must currently be enrolled in ballet classes that meet at least once a week (at any studio).

If you would like to save time, you may print and complete the Nutcracker audition form and conflict sheet ahead of time. Each dancer needs to complete and turn in an audition form and a conflict form, even if you do not have any conflicts. Click on the links below to print and prepare your paperwork in advance.
Please also note two changes this year. The cast list will be coming from a new email, so please add it to your contact list - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Also, mark your calendars for Sunday, September 15th at 5pm. All dancers cast in the Nutcracker are required to have a parent present or (if over the age of 16) be present at a mandatory Nutcracker meeting that evening from 5-6:30pm at TPAC. For those who have participated in the past, this meeting is not new, but attendance will be more strictly enforced. Each parent will check-in at some point in the meeting. This will take the place of our traditional role call. A parent (or guardian for families where this applies) OR dancers over the age of 16 must be present through the meeting and check-in for role acceptance as directed. Thank you for marking your calendars and prioritizing this important meeting!

Performance dates for Nutcracker are December 13-15, 2019.
